Hi there, I am starting a Pilates Class at St Edithas Church Hall on Tuesday Mornings 10:00am to 11:00am the cost is £4 pay as you go of £10 for the month.
Pilates is a good way to strengthen and lengthen your body and improve posture and core stability. the class itself is no impact and mostly performed on the floor.

Remedies 4 Life is a not for profit voluntary group that runs an outreach session once a month offering Holistic Therapy, Meditation, Sound Therapy, Cooking demonstrations and refreshments. The aim of the service is to allow people to access and experience well being remedies.
We meet every 4th Wednesday of each month at St Leonard’s Church Hall, Church Road, Dordon, drop in from 6pm to 8pm. Dates for 2010 are: 22nd Sept, 27th of Oct and 24th of Nov 2010. We ask for donations, no need to book just turn up.
