These beach huts are on the lower promenade on the west beach.

Being north facing, these beach huts do not often catch the sun, except in the early morning, when the colours are enhanced by the glow of the sunrise.

At intervals down the slopes leading to the lower promenade and beach are several of these shelters. I'm sure there used to be seats in them. The early morning sun was casting shadows making, what I think, is a pleasing image out of something which look very ordinary without the shadows.
