Dist:0.4km<br/>Johnman's Barn is in this square but hidden by the bushes on the other side of the field. The field has been ploughed but will need more attention before its next crop is sown.

Dist:0.5km<br/>The photo was taken with a fair bit of zoom. The tree at the left is about 370 metres west of the viewpoint. The crop is germinating well despite the recent heavy snowfall which vanished almost overnight when the temperature rose above freezing.

Dist:0.6km<br/>This part of the Cotswolds is quite flat and perhaps not as photogenic as the better-known (and much more heavily photographed) areas such as Bibury, a few kilometres west of here. This is a tricky square to photograph from the road as there are no gateways off the 31 metres of road that cross the extreme south-eastern corner of the square.

Dist:0.6km<br/>The Cotswolds aren't all hills, valleys, pretty stone cottages and chocolate-box villages. Some parts of the area are quite flat. The viewpoint is close to the north-eastern extremity of this square. The hedge crosses into the next square north about 80 metres from the viewpoint, which is an access point into the field.
