Dist:0.8km<br/>Left behind after the recent snows perhaps? It's stamped on the other side as belonging to West Sussex County Council and now it's been left on the eastern side of the open ground in Chilgrove village. Behind the plough is the crossroads of lanes leading away from the village.

Dist:0.8km<br/>Gently undulating fields and scattered farms & villages are typical of this area of the South Downs. Here, a minor valley cuts through the hills from north to south and is used by the B2141. The valley is dry as the underlying rock is chalk.
