Dist:0.6km<br/>Ordnance Survey bolt in west side of tower of Christ Church. This bench mark was established in 1844 during the First primary levelling of England & Wales, and was levelled with a height of 414.225 feet above mean sea level (Liverpool datum). It was included as a side level on the Manchester to Gloucester levelling line, Branch Levelling Mark No. 349.

Dist:0.6km<br/>Bournheath has a population of around 800 people. Surprisingly, perhaps, there is no Anglican church in the village, although there are several in nearby villages. The Methodist Church in Fairfield Road is currently the only church in the village. It is part of the church's Bromsgrove & Redditch Circuit.
