An Introductory Course of 10 weekly evening classes in Practical Philosophy. The course is for anyone who wants to expand their world, their thinking, and the view they have of themselves.

Discussions are underpinned by the philosophy of unity, or Advaita, which is a universal, non-denominational teaching literally meaning 'not two'. It is Eastern in origin, but of completely universal application because it points to the unity underlying all things.

There will be an opportunity to be introduced to meditation, for those who wish.

A show of the Churnet Valley Railways April 26th "WHEN THE LIGHTS GO ON AGAIN" 1940's Wartime Weekend. Unfortunately I only managed to get there for the last couple of hours but I think I still managed to capture the atmosphere. Please take a look and let me know what you think, I thought the Spitfire Sisters were very entertaining, all in all a great performance from everyone concerned.
