Dist:0.5km north<br/>The Silk Stream is a short but important urban watercourse in north-west London, flowing from the confluence of Deans Brook and Edgware Brook in [[TQ1991]] to discharge into the Brent Reservoir in [[TQ2188]]. It is seen here looking downstream from the Colindale Avenue road bridge.

Dist:0.5km north<br/>Taken from Crossway looking North into Rushgrove Park. The stream feeds Brent Reservoir. The reflections were a surprise; the water is only an inch or so deep and the bed is man-made and almost level so the flow is laminar, not turbulent.
