Dist:0.2km north<br/>Fair Lane is the one coming in from the left. Both of these lanes are single-track. A footpath that goes all the way to Avington strikes out to the right where the electricity pole is.

Dist:0.9km northeast<br/>Only these sloes, scrub, nettles and a few broken slabs are now to be seen on the site of Mud Farm, which would have been to the right of this footpath. It must have been demolished perhaps 15 to 20 years ago. I spoke to a local who said he knew the man who demolished it but not when.

Dist:1.0km east<br/>The wood seems to be unnamed. The map shows a linear earthwork running along its northeastern side, but this is on private land.
