Opposite the Post Office, on the other side of the road is the Alvechurch Village Hall.

Dist:0.4km<br/>Although this is called 'The Swan Hotel' it isn't in fact a hotel anymore. It is located near the centre of the village of Alvechurch on Swan Street. Redditch is off to the left and Birmingham to the right. The village chip shop is the building to the far right behind the delivery van.

Dist:0.4km<br/>The current Post Office is located on the left (by the telephone box) and the Alvechurch Village Hall is the building on the right. The white building at the top of the hill on the right is now a private residence but was once a coaching inn. If I remember correctly, it was called 'The Bear' which is where 'Bear Hill' originates from.
